Watched all mine today. Only have the 30th anniversary programme and Lunchbox to watch from the extras. It's amazing all the trims on the fire ep on the original 1988 video! The Sue Nicholls interview was good. Only about 17 mins but very annoying they way it was edited. And they included one of the eps with her replacement and I see what she means. I'd forgotten how awful Benny's Song was. I am pleased though I have 4 eps before Anthony and Jill when Anthony turned up. Pity we never saw Max's flat since they recycled that later for Diane.
Roll on volume 3! ;D Though they really should be in order. This is ridiculous.

I finished it today. Lunchbox is almost as bad as Houseparty was! Nice to hear Nolly singing though. ;D
I haven't watched that 30th anniversary programme since I copied it for a friend a few years ago. See the QE2? That Queen Mary suite's had many facelifts since then. It's dead posh now. One of these days before it's retired (my guess is 2009 when it's 40 and the Queen Victoria takes over if the original plans of a year in the Med for the first year still apply with the new version in December 2007) I'm going to fulfil my dream of standing where Nolly did on deck waving! LOL!

LOL! Patsy Im about half way through the episodes. Some good ones on there. Yep saw the QE2. Also saw the bloke who was secretary of the crossroads appreciation society. I remember seeing him on another series looking back at Crossroads.

Yeah his came about after the original Noele Gordon and Crossroads Appreciation Society ended. I was a member of that but never did find the address of the Crossroads Appreciation Society. Got a few great pics though from NGACAS.

He certainly was a huge Crossroads fan going by all the Crossroads stuff he had in his house.
LOL How often does Miss Diane change her hair style? And Glenda looks different with that hair style in the 1983 episode.

LOL! No idea about the hair since they don't all exist.
Lynette's real baby Emily was used in the show like Jane's was as Jill's daughter.

Oh I have. Poor Benny lamenting Sam going into the fire in the garage with Mac. Ron Brownlow helping Kevin with the clearing up. The office and sitting room came through unscathed.

Finished watching mine this afternoon. Overall I thought some of the eps were good, some not so good.
I liked Sue Nicholls interview!

I enjoyed Sue but it was irritating the way it was edited.
Did you enjoy the fire? It's a shame again there are so few compared to Corrie. People will be saying "Why's Barbara leaving David?" or "What made Meg decide to quit?" It needs year discs like Corrie.

I did enjoy the fire. I also wondered why Barbara was leaving David, and what made Meg so determined to leave, afterall Crossroads was her life.

David was jealous of a twat called Jimmy Barbara was close to. It got to the point where Barbara blurted out to David that Chris wasn't really his son after all and Rosemary was already pregnant. So Barbara was going to go off with Jimmy since David was planning on visiting the nutty Rosemary in Switzerland. They did patch up their differences though.
David and Meg kept falling out. It was a bit of a lame departure for her. And you notice Nolly's total insincerity when she said, "At long last, I give up." She's even worse on the QE2! She makes sure she doesn't mean a single word and I don't blame her after the way she was treated.
