ITV have a special half hour (well, 22 mins) next Thursday (10th November) at 10pm about this great series. Pity they won't show any repeats!!!!

I first saw it when Channel 4 screened them in their early years (same with a lot of things). Did used to watch The New Avengers at the time though and enjoyed that. Not so much now. Having seen them all, I much prefer the original series. I wonder what other programmes they'll be covering in this series? Make more sense to scrap the entire daytime schedule and put on repeats of the great ITV shows! Not that they will. Get more viewers than the current output! LOL!

Really? They do tend to use a lot of the same locations for film and TV. Get any sneaky photos of the stars while they filmed?

It would be nice to see them all again from the beginning. Emma Peel was my favourite, in fact I called my daughter after her. ( Not Peel obviously ) ;D ;D

Thanks for the link, Gemma. It looks a wonderful place to live. Is your mum used to seeing stars or does she still get excited? I hope you get to see one soon. Who would you most like to see walking through the village?

LOL Sooty! That would be a strange name for a child. Though not so strange these days considering what celebs call theirs. I think my favourites would be the Emma Peel ones too. I did like the Cathy Gale ones but they weren't as weird and wonderful. And Tara King was a poor man's Emma Peel I thought. Though Forget-Me-Not where she's introduced and Emma leaves is a good episode. The only title I can remember! LOL!

I read something about him in the local paper on Thursday. He's appearing at the Mayflower Theatre (or has by now) here in Southampton. I think it's a charity thing.

Anyone watch that programme on Thursday? I went to bed after it but really enjoyed it. My only complaint was there wasn't enough Cathy Gale shown and no mention of The New Avengers. I know it wasn't anywhere near as good, but it wasn't that bad either.
