They always save the day though like some many other hero's in programmes.
There was a letter in Whats on TV today saying its a great series

Most letters in mags are praising ones. Hardly any (especially in TV Quick) slagging things off.

Juanita's friend Carl said last night he'd watched it once and thought it was crap. Juanita was telling him about the latest ones and he was practically wetting himself laughing. If you can take the piss out of something then it isn't doing what it's aimed for.

Its aimed to entertain and its doing that. People make judgements on it without seeing it properly.

We've seen it properly and still say it's crap. If it doesn't grab people and it too predictable then it's rubbish. There's too many of the same genre about whether it's crime, hospital or this type.

We're the only ones even talking about it here so either people aren't watching or they hate it too.

Exactly which means you are the only one ive heard slagging it off. The 2 gorgeous guys in it are reason enough to watch it anyway, chuck. And I still says its good. Makes me wonder why you bother watching if you hate it.

But there's 3 of us. Me, Juanita and Carl. They aren't gorgeous at all. Well the older one is slightly but the younger one needs a wash. We watch it for the entertainment value. There's not many good comedies about these days. Patsy

Are you kidding - the older one is hot as hell! He has lovely eyes and and look at this bod. img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/coolabs/2.jpg I watch for entertainment value but I disagree about it being comedy, it doesnt make me laugh! And im not bothered whether other people like it as long as I enjoy it.

We taped Monday's. WIN up in Kalgoorlie does take a few Ten programmes but didn't have that one. We're going to wet ourselves laughing later.
Predictions for the end. The older one is responsible in some way for the death of his brother's girlfriend.

Oh dear. Well if you don't want to know what happens looks away now.
Talk about ripping off elements of Nightmare on Elm Street! Juanita guessed the friend was going to get it next, that the hookman was feeding off the minister's daughter. I guessed her father would get attacked and we both guessed the hook they needed to destroy that was now anything was hanging round her neck! The elder brother went looking for hookman in an unmarked grave but they don't seem to understand the concept. Unmarked means just that - you haven't a clue where to find it! Not have a ruddy great tombstone marking the spot without any inscription. Then there was 'burning all the silver' - in a basement furnace??? It's not hot enough but lo and behold, the necklace melted. Duh! Is it any wonder we find this drivel so hilarious and predictable when it's just so bloody stupid?
Next week - bugs!

Here's the US ratings (they're not complete because the thing was dated December)
Pilot - 5.7 million Wendigo - 5.01 million Dead In Water - 5.01 million(although some sources say 4.77) Phantom Traveler - 5.40 Bloody Mary - 5.50 million Skin - 5.00 Hook Man - 5.08 million Bugs - 4.47 million Home - 4.21 million Asylum - 5.2 million
Now that's about what The Bill gets here and we have less population than America. So even with all their multi-channels, it's still pretty bad for a major network. Even the American Music Awards, which were up against the ep Asylum got 11.2 million which is more than double.
