Our's has been coming early this week, I was pleased to get it before I went to work yesterday as normally it doesnt come until after ive gone

Ours varies just like our postie! We've had that many since Joyce retired about 10 years ago. Same with milkmen. They don't get post on Saturday's here.

We dont use much as we rarely have cereal or make things with milk in, just use for tea and coffee

last nights Home and Away was 21 minutes 20 seconds including recap, opening credits and closing credits but not adverts

No you were'nt! And if you take out the credits and recap the actual episode is probably around 20

Do they? I'm surprised. Maybe they brought out too many and thought demand would be high.
Even Juanita hates all the ads breaks and says that's one reason she hardly watches anything.

In Oz dont they have an ad break straight after the opening credits and one before the end credits as well?

Some shows yes. I put the telly on to check the weather earlier and there was a break on Will & Grace. But generally no. I don't know about 7 with H&A because I haven't seen any this time. But in 2001 they did and had a trailer then the credits. Neighbours they don't. Corrie they don't. In fact, most things I've actually sat through they don't. 5 mins in for the first and 5 mins from the end for the last.
